FAQ & HELP

ABOUT VR-PJGIRLS

VR-PJGirls is a sister site of PJGirls — a well-known studio focused on pussy gaping and intimate close-up content. Here we offer the same kind of videos and photo galleries, but filmed for virtual reality: true VR180 stereo, so you feel present in the scene when you put on a headset. The site is members-only. New core VR gaping videos go live every five days. Between them we sometimes add a bonus — a photo gallery or a video with a different theme — but bonuses are extras and are not guaranteed.

WATCHING IN VR — HEADSETS, 2D & THE PLAYER

WHAT IS VR180?

Our videos and photos are shot in 180-degree VR (side-by-side stereo). In a headset you see depth and presence in front of you — not a flat screen, but a curved field of view that fills your vision. You do not need to spin around; everything happens in the half-sphere in front of you, which suits this type of content well.

TRY BEFORE YOU JOIN

Visit our FREE ZONE for a free VR180 sample — no membership required. Open the page in your headset browser and hit PLAY to test streaming in VR, or download a 3K or 5K file and try offline playback in HereSphere, DeoVR, or another VR180 player. It is the easiest way to check picture quality, comfort, and compatibility on your own hardware before you join.

STREAMING IN THE BROWSER — FULLY SUPPORTED

Our web player uses WebXR in the headset browser — no sideloading, no separate app for streaming. These headsets are our primary targets; the player and menu are built and tested for them:

Recommended browser on Meta headsets:

ALSO COMPATIBLE — WEBXR, BEST EFFORT

These devices run WebXR in the browser and should play our streams, but we test less often and controls may differ from Quest (especially menu interaction):

DOWNLOADS — WORK ON ALMOST ANY VR HEADSET

Downloaded files are standard VR180 side-by-side MP4 or JPEG. Unlike the 2D web stream, they stay in stereo and play in a dedicated VR video app — so compatibility is much wider than browser streaming. Any headset with a good VR180 player should work, including all Meta Quest models, Vision Pro, Pico, and most PC VR setups.

Recommended apps for offline VR180 video:

HereSphere on Quest is an excellent choice for local VR180 files (sharp picture, fine zoom control). DeoVR and Skybox are popular free or low-cost alternatives.

DESKTOP WITHOUT A HEADSET (2D VIEW)

No goggles? Click 2D View on any video. The site converts the stream for your screen, so playback looks like a fairly normal wide flat video — easy to watch on a PC or laptop with the same bottom menu (timeline, play/pause, quality, volume, download). Important: that flat preview is for convenience while streaming only. Downloaded videos and photos are always saved in true VR180 side-by-side stereo — use a VR headset and one of the players listed above, or PotPlayer on Windows for a flat SBS preview.

STREAMING, QUALITY & DOWNLOADS

In VR, videos stream in up to 5K or 3K VR180. If several qualities are available, switch between them in the bottom menu or the top bar. Some videos are mirrored on our US server as well as the main EU server. When that applies to the file you are watching, the bottom menu shows a Server button so you can switch between EU and US for better speed. Every stream quality can also be downloaded as MP4 (H.265/HEVC). Remember: unlike the 2D stream, download files stay in stereo VR180.

BOTTOM MENU IN THE PLAYER

After you start a video, a semi-transparent bar appears at the bottom — in VR it floats in your view, on desktop it sits under the video.

QUEST CONTROLS

Menu: Trigger, Y, or B on either controller.
Select: aim the laser at a button, release Trigger to click.
Right stick up/down: zoom in or out.
Right stick left/right: ±10 seconds.
Left stick: scrub the timeline when it is focused.
Hide menu: VR Menu toggle in the top bar.

PHOTO GALLERIES

Picture sets open in a VR180 photo viewer — browse in stereo, switch photos from the bottom menu, zoom, and download full-size files when offered. Downloaded photos are stereo VR180 JPEGs as well, not flat 2D previews.

MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS

JOINING & BILLING

Membership is billed through Epoch, a major adult payment processor. Card details are entered on Epoch’s secure pages only — we never see or store them. On your bank statement the charge appears as Jiri Cupak, not the site name.

CANCELLING OR UPDATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Log in at Epoch.com with the email you used when joining. There you can cancel recurring billing or update your card. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period; you will not be charged again.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

Email us via the contact form or at info@vr-pjgirls.com from your registered address. We will send your login details. To change your registered email, write to us first.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a charge fails, the decision is between your bank and Epoch — we cannot approve it from here. Try another card or contact Epoch support at epoch.com.

EXPIRED ACCOUNTS

You may be able to undo a cancellation through Epoch before the period ends. Once membership has fully expired, you need to join again; old accounts cannot be reactivated.
